Frank Done is still active at 82 years old

Frank Done originaly lived in Australia with his Filipino wife Linda, they got to retire and found it hard to survive on there pensions from the Government. So they decided to move back to Frank’s wife Linda’s home town of Tugise, Tablas Island, original going to live with family, they decided to shop around for a 500 m2 lot, just to see the prices available, they found a lot that was close to the family at a price they could afford, so Frank then decided to do the math, he went out and priced all the materials to build a small 2 bedroom home, he priced the labor and materials, did the math and after talking with his Filipino wife Linda, they came to the conclusion they could afford the lot, house and labor costs if they built there house over 1 year.

So with this they decided to go ahead and get architectural plans, Engineers drawings and a plan to develop there own house in Paradise, they never thought this would be possible on there low income, so they were very surprised.

Now they have lived here in Tablas Island for the last 4 years, they have expanded the House, garden, and now grow there own Organic vegetables, live a very affordable lifestyle and still have change left over to enjoy the fun that Romblon Province has to offer.
